Too many negitves about Lowe's on this web. My wife is a manager for lowe's and she loves it. sounds like some one might of got "fire" by lowe's, or maybe you are one that tryed to take somethign back to them after using it for what you needed and would not get "all" your money back. I know people do it, I've seen it myself.
