I don't understand this. In Washington State where I live, divorce records are public. In fact they tell you to be careful what you put in them for that reason.

Kerry won't release his military records, divorce records or medical records. Has anyone asked Edwards what records he won't release?

The info the Chicago Tribune gound after it was unsealed destroyed Ryan's political career. Kerry's cannot be touched. Media tactics applies to GOP candidates only???
