Cookie & Ice Cream Frozen Dessert
18 ounces (1 pkg) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Refrigerated Brownie Bar Dough
2 pints vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease 9-inch springform pan.
BREAK dough along pre-scored lines. Press 16 pieces evenly onto bottom and 1 inch up side of prepared pan.
BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes or until edge is set and center is still slightly soft. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Bake remaining dough into cookies according to package directions.
SPREAD softened ice cream over cookie crust in pan; cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 1 to 2 hours or until firm. Remove side of pan. Cut dessert into wedges; top with crumbled cookies.
Serving Size: 12

Someday I am going to take the time to write a few Seuss type books for adults. I'll have one on politics, one on marriage, one on pets, one on hunting and fishing, one on work, one on commuting, etc....
I probably want lose more than a few thousand dollars per book.
