Who is Dave Bossie and Citizens United? I just gave them $50 that they claim they are going to use to create a movie to praise the efforts of George Bush and to counter Farenheit 911. They said they were trying to raise $500,000 in 30 days for this effort. I assume they got my number from the RNC.
Anyone else receive this phone solicitation? It's so hard to keep track with GWB, and RNC calling every other day. I tried to access the Citizens United website but it appears down. I hope I did the right thing.
Uh, I, too, am going to produce a movie proclaiming the virtues and morals of our president. Please send me $50, um, no, better make that $100....:>)
Tell him to call Mel Gibson, I'm sure he's got the funding...but I wouldn't make any more donations if I were you...there are plenty of VC's around Hollyweird to fund any documentaries that are bankable!

Bossie currently serves as president of Citizens United, a conservative, grassroots lobby located in Washington, D.C. Bossie served as president and chief investigator for the Center for Government Integrity, a government watchdog group investigating the then-Clinton Administration.
Bossie is the author of two upcoming books, Intelligence Failure: How Clinton’s National Security Policy Set the Stage for 9/11, WND Books, May 2004, and The Many Faces of John Kerry, WND Books, July 2004.
In 2000, Bossie co-wrote with Floyd Brown, Prince Albert: the Life and Lies of Al Gore. He also served as editor of his monthly publication, The Dave Bossie Investigative Report.
Beginning in September 1996 through 1998, Bossie served as Chief Investigator for Chairman Dan Burton's Committee on Government Reform and Oversight in the U.S. House of Representatives. Bossie was recruited to this position by then-Speaker Newt Gingrich and Chairman Burton to investigate then-President Clinton's illegal foreign money entering the United States to influence the 1992 and 1996 presidential elections. Bossie managed Burton's transition into the Chairmanship; managed a $10 million annual budget; directed personnel matters; and, supervised a 40-plus person investigative staff.
Prior to serving Chairman Burton, Bossie served in the United States Senate as an investigator for Senator Lauch Faircloth on the Special Committee to investigate Whitewater Development Corporation and related matters, chaired by Senator Alfonse D'Amato.
Beginning in 1992, Bossie was Director of Political Affairs and Communications for Citizens United. Bossie spent several months in Arkansas researching then-Governor Clinton, where he conducted the research and co-wrote, with Floyd Brown, Slick Willie: Why America Cannot Trust Bill Clinton. After Clinton's election, Bossie wrote investigative pieces for the monthly newsletter, "Clinton Watch." It was at this time Bossie began investigating what is now known as "Whitewater" and provided key information to the FBI and the national television and print media, which led to the appointment of an Independent Counsel.
From 1988 to 1990, Bossie was the Director of Programs for the Leadership Institute which trains young men and women in campaign technology, student publications and the operations of Congress. Also, Bossie organized, managed and lectured at over 40 seminars per year.
Bossie also served as the National Youth Director for Senator Bob Dole for President in 1988; State Youth Director for Linda Chavez for U.S. Senate (MD) in 1986; and, the Maryland State Deputy Youth Director for Reagan/Bush re-elect in 1984.
Bossie has appeared on numerous television and radio broadcasts, such as:

Bob Novak wrote in the forward to Bossie's book, Prince Albert: the Life and Lies of Al Gore, "the pattern of making maximum accusations that sound outrageous to many people but backing them up with fastidious documentation is Bossie's style." And "Bossie is an invariably accurate source" and "ƒaccuracy is his watchword."
James Carville, President Clinton's top political operative, has said, "Bossie is responsible for the greatest trick in American history, this entire Whitewater thing."
Don Baer, former Clinton White House Communications Director said, "Bossie is the absolute epicenter of the obsession with bringing down Bill Clinton."
Bossie is also a central character in the national bestseller Bloodsport, written by Pullitzer Prize winning author James Stewart. Stewart wrote that Bossie "was the tireless conservative operative who became a one-man army against the Clintons and even penetrated a network news operation."
Bossie attended Towson State University and the University of Maryland where he studied Government and Politics. Bossie has proudly served for the past 14 years as a volunteer fireman in Burtonsville, Maryland where he currently resides with his wife Susan, daughter Isabella and son Griffin.

Dave Bossie is legit. He's a hard core conservative patriot who's sick and tired of the crap going on in DC. He's sick and tired of the GOP getting it's arse kicked by the 'Rats and he's decided to fight back. He used to work on Dan Burton's staff if I'm not mistaken. He's a fairly frequent guest on Liddy and Laura Ingrahm.
But do you always give strangers fifty bucks just because they ask for it?
And I hope you didn't give anyone your credit card number on an unsolicited phone call. They might not have even been with Bossie's group.

He talk on his book for about an hour......He told a story about when the millennium bomber was caught the boarder guards were shaking NITRO around....the suspect was slowly backing away cause he knew what it was.
