I started out the year in size 40 jeans. By April I was in 36's. I just cut way back on the carbs. I didn't do the full atkins thing. I just started watching the carbs and kept them fewer than 30 per day. (10 or 20 if I could stand it.)
I was shocked when I started reading labels how many carbs I was taking in.
No offense taken..... I did read your original post. I posted what I did as a reminder to the rest of us what it takes to lose weight.
