The market is three blocks from Benaroya, so our options should be downright endless there. We should just park at the hall and walk to the market for whatever we feel like at the time.

I would agree. Park at Benaroya and link up somewhere near the market.
Even Elliots down on Alaskan wouldn't be too bad of a walk. There's an elevator for the steep part. :-)
