Thanks for the recipe! I signed up on the South Beach website today. I figured the cost is worth it to help me finally get this lard off my fanny and the rest of me!
I think there are some good forums out there as well as the official site. I do some searching on 'em for recipes. Of course, once you get to the second phase, most "normal" recipes can be made South Beach friendly, since really there aren't many restrictions - just have to exchange the whole ingredients for things like white rice and adjust cooking times accordingly.
