I usually gargle using warm water with salt or baking soda for that. Here's some links with some directions and other methods using stuff you might have around the house:

Sorry, I'm not that desperate, and I've got nausea. Maybe one of the other remedies - but I'd rather use WN's vodka recipe, than gargle with salt.

Besides, the Amoxocil should start working today, and I'm on lots of ibuprofin. It's just a really good excuse to eat ice cream. If my stomach settles down, that is.
