Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
...Let them pass! Let them pass!
(Note to dwarves, this is only meant figuratively)
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

I really do get a lot of enjoyment out of other people liking what I like. So, if you enjoy the show, that's reward enough for me!
You'd better like the show... if at all possible, watch three shows tonight. The third really helps you understand things. I was a little iffy on it until the third, even though there'd been some really cool moments.

Stilled it good she did.
I'm off folks. Can't put off this monologue thing any longer. I think I've got it under three minutes and there it will have to stay.
Got class until 8:30 or 9:00-ish. Then I've been asked to participate in a Reader's Theater thing on Friday nite, so I've got practice for that after class.
I'll prolly check in later.
To: Corin Stormhands
Have a good class--good luck with the monologue! Maybe if you pretend you're auctioning something. . . :)

Ok, do that!
I already made the new cds for you and ksen. Had fun designing new cute little labels. Sure, it's fun for the feeble-minded, but whatever!

Still, unless OT had a place to aquire some...I don't know where we'd get 'em. I can see if Fischer Scientific has them. I usually pipet larger volumes than that. :)
