A feel good story this week. Two threads about a kitten swimming in the Gulf Coast off Florida. First picture is the lucky kitten. Balrog666 contributed two other pictures for this weeks thread. Last picture is a random selection.
The swimming kitten. Name is Nemo.

Here is the poster who started the thread. Courtesy of balrog666.

This photo reminds me of Winston Churchill. Dont know why.

Have you ever had an opportunity to speak with CNN or the alphabet reporters? If so, what was the conversation like? We're strictly forbidden to speak to the press without advance clearance. That's so they aren't getting a bunch of conflicting or potentially proprietary information from us. (The company for whom I work is a favorite target for the libs and the media...)
Thanks for the prayers. I'm honored to be working in support of our troops.

Arwen is a big flirt! Yep, she sure is. LOL!
Some of the others are, too, such as Chelsea....

....and Lestat....

You'd never know it from these pics but when these two showed up on our doorstep, they were literally skin and bones. Chelsea's been with us for about 4 years now and Lestat showed up last year.

Look at the troll-swatting paws on this Viking Kitty! LOL! Trolls are certainly no match for PFC Hammer. He's a BIG boy! Egyptian Maus are large cats....and they're FAST. Been clocked at 30mph, which isn't too shabby.

Aaaaaaaaw!! Those lil kitties sleeping under their blankies are sooooo precious!!
I'm fighting the urge to crawl under the covers myself right now.
I intend to sleep in just a little in the morning so I can catch up a bit at FR tonight. I'm waaaaaaay behind. LOL!

Do you have enough cats? When I need to sleep I just go around looking a my cats.
They're professionals and give lessons.

Did you manage to catch Hammer's induction into the Viking Kitten Cult?
He was made an official PFC first and then joined the VKs. That man, who was one who cared for Hammer in Iraq, is the one who got to keep him.

Look at that kitty! Yep, definitely a professional! That's correct, she is a professional. But you are allowed to attempt this at home. Sleeping well is a good profession to perfect. That's why many start practicing at very young ages.

Awwwwww. What a picture of serenity. I should save this one for when I'm having a frazzle-y kind of day.
To: iceskater
What you do is print these pix and staple them to your bedroom ceiling. Guaranteed to work.
