Sorry you get to go through this since you know the family. She is a pretty, young woman. I haven't heard anything Mary Kay LaTourneau like yet, so it does not sound like she's been grooming him since second grade, like a pedophile (under 13 is the definition so 12 or less). The pictures are mild modelling like pictures, nothing more. Should she be a teacher...probably not. Is it a tragedy for her husband, sure. Not like LaTourneau's husband and four children. But you also bring up a very good point. Kids are making up accusations too. Do they have some physical evidence from the SUV? Etc. She is still innocent in the eyes of the law.
Good luck and I hope you can support the husband (no kids right?) in whatever he decides to do.

Was she actually ratted out by a student? I say the student is the one who should be PUNISHED! At the very least he should be put away in a mental asylum. Let's see, you get seduced by a hot looking teacher and you COMPLAIN about that? Things have really changed. When I was in high school if a male student went to the cops crybabying about being seduced by a hot looking teacher, he would have been laughed out of the station.
