NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - Playboy.com launched the "Women of Home Depot" pictorial Tuesday, showcasing six of the retailer's "sexiest" female employees.

Playboy.com said in May it was searching for the sexiest women at Home Depot, the world's largest home improvement retailer, to "shuck their orange smocks" and pose nude for the online pictorial.

"Playboy is an American icon and I am so excited to have been chosen as one of the models for this feature," said Rachel Parks, one of the feature's models. "This has been a once-in-a-lifetime experience."

Here is the full article on CNN.com.

Playboy have been far too feminized to be relevant.

I want to stress that I only know this because I read the article (the CNN article, not the article in Playboy) and they have already featured WalMart. Next up is apparently women of the Fast Food industry, which is really just too frightening to contemplate.

Neither WalMart nor Home Depot endorsed this, but I suppose if they took any action against the employees they would end up getting sued.

I actually Googled some images of Waffle House employees, but decided not to use them - they didn't volunteer for it, and it seemed cruel.

Sadly, most of the women who work in my local Home Depot are better suited for the Waffle House pictorial...

Hey, someone's got to watch WNBA games.

I'm still waiting for "The Women of Waffle House" - scattered all the way, baby!

Yes, but hopefully not smothered, covered and diced.
'Cause that would be bad.

;^)

I can see that they maybe don't want the legal hassle of taking action against the women employees, but am curious to know what type of Employment Agreement these women sign with either company, specifically with regards to using the company name for non-company purposes.

I'm curious why either corporation (Home Depot and Wal-Mart) would allow Playboy to use their name without some type of agreement.

As a side note, given the typical "look" of the Home Depot staff in my area...I'm not surprised they could only find six women to do this...

LOL! Speaking of teeth...they are lucky I didn't disqualify a few of them in the returns line last week! I caught them twice restocking their shelves with a border tile that I had ordered ($2500 total order)through them two weeks previously, they kept telling me mine was "still in transit". I cleaned out what they had on the shelf both times, and finally went to 4 other stores to get what I needed and then made them refund my money from the original store. They started giving me a ration of crap about "special orders"...arrrrrggghhhh!

The destiny of today's "with it" female.

And it began with the pill.

When pregnancy morphed into a "mistake" that intelligent, medicated women could avoid, abortion became the obvious fall-back to solving the "problem."

We live in a culture with the most deceived females since the Garden of Eden.

Like this "Playboy" spread from the June, 1704 issue? ;~))

Next up - Women of WalMart...

Women of Walmart was launched last year and was a huge success. I believe something like 200 000 connections a second. If you were not looking then it tells you a lot about your neighbour (LOL)
