Maybe I'm becoming an old fogey, but crap like that doesn't amuse me anymore. Audiences today are so rude that I rarely go to movies, much less concerts. At the risk of sounding like my grandmother, that could (quite literally) have put his eye out.

Thanks for the translation. Sounds like he's OK - at least I hope so.

I'm with you. Stuff like this has never amused me, since I was brought up to put myself in the other person's shoes before I did anything stupid. Would I want that done to me? And, how would I feel if it did happen to me. Sometimes I curse my parents for instilling a conscience in me. There's been plenty of times I would have loved to do malicious things, but I could never bring myself to do them.

Maybe I'm becoming an old fogey as well, because I don't find this funny at all.

I agree with you. I was at a 3rd. Eye-Blind concert and was appalled at having to watch the band members dodge flying bottles, etc. Looked dangerous.

In this case however, believe it or not, it was an accident. A girl was standing very close to the stage holding a lollypop with arm up and was hit hard on the upraised arm from behind knocking it downward and causing the lollypop to fly into his eye. The Norwegian press had actual aritists rendering of the happening.

Talk about bad luck, or a really bad excuse...
