I've never seen the movie, either.

The movie is "An Officer and a Gentleman" from the early 1980s. The actress (and love interest of Richard Gere) was Debra Winger.
She had several other major roles in movies. At least two (I think there are more) where she died of cancer. "Terms of Endearment" with Shirley McClain and Jack Nicholson and "Shadowlands" with Anthony Hopkins as C.S. Lewis.
She does die well...

Hmm, "dying well" is not an accomplishment I'd list on my resume...

OK, I wasn't sure who she was, but I've seen "Shadowlands". That's an excellent movie, though I haven't seen it in a few years. Since Mom's passing, I don't think I could handle it. Not yet. Too close to reality for me.

Yeah, that one always gets me too. The scene in the attic towards the end is a tear jerker.
We've had a couple of missed opportunities to hear Douglas Gresham speak. And we have friends who have worked with the C.S. Lewis Institute in DC and at Oxford.

Ruthy got it...krill.
A rather poor photo, admittedly.
It weren't my fault the thread died!

It looked like a bug to me. Didn't realize it was underwater.
I ran two brief errands. Down the sidewalk to the doc to pick up the form I'd dropped off weeks ago - they didn't bother to call and say it was ready. Then to the pharmacy to get them to refill my perscription, even though since I'd managed to leave the thing at home I wasn't sure it would work - but my sister had dropped it off for me, so she gets a star or something for nice behavior.

I found a manicurist down the street that charges just $10 for the works! LA California Nails. Pedicures are $20...that's still more than I'm willing to pay on my feet.

OK, so we'll divide blame 75% to my 25%.
Which according to averages still means it's your fault...

"It's All Corin's Fault" fits nicely in the keywords.

Hey, that's worth a try! $10 sounds good.
I still say that you should treat yourself to a pedicure now and again. It's a pampering thing that we chickies should enjoy once in a while. :-)
