Sticklebats! Corin has to re-strategerize what he's doing today. Bought some ornamental grasses yesterday that will do two things 1) stop some of the erosion and 2) build a screen between us and the neighbors.
I shoulda set them out yesterday cause I just went out and they're out on their deck. They're nice people, but a 30-second "hi" always turns into a 30-minute conversation and I have to explain everything I'm doing. It's kinda hard to tell 'em I'm planting stuff that I hope will keep them away from me.
It's okay. I just have to switch gears and do something else for a while. Think I'll go work on the fort.

It's kinda hard to tell 'em I'm planting stuff that I hope will keep them away from me. You don't have to tell THEM that! If they ask, just say you found some lovely ornamental grass that you thought you'd try. You've been doing lots of stuff in the yard, so they shouldn't be surprised if you want to try something new. ;o)
