I love the ghost stories. I've never encountered one but if I do I'll say "you behave or else I'll fill a Super Soaker with Holy Water and get medievial on your a$$"

Actually, the old sailor scared me the most. You could see his face, but you could also see through him.

The poltergeist was just annoying. Never saw him.

It was a three-story home. My sisters were gone a lot, so I was there alone. The police were at my house so many times. The doorbell would ring at about 2:00 a.m. One time the police officer stayed in the house with me from midnight until the doorbell rang. No one there. Had the doorbell checked. Nothing wrong with it. LEO saw no evidence of anything.

From the front door, there was a door to the right that went down to a room that we used for ironing and washing and stuff. It wasn't a basement. It had a view of the ocean. My sisters and I put a brick in front of that door. Shut all the lights off downstairs. They were home before me that night, and the downstairs light was on, but the brick wasn't moved. Just weird things.
