Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
...That none have seen but we alone.
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

Kewl! Those things are pretty comfortable....Did you have any trouble carrying that AeroBed with you to Entmoot? We're thinking of getting one for David to take with him when he flies to Austin for Grad School. That way he'll have something to sleep on for a couple of days at his apt. until he gets the chance to get some furniture.

I think it's because I went by there and mentioned that he has a tendency to faint and to call me if there was any problems. Suddenly they didn't want to do it. LOL!! Did you do that on purpose so's you wouldn't have to worry about him while you're at Wedding Moot?

Plus I'm kinda obligated to like the movies because my brother works for Lucasfilm and helps run the official Star Wars website Now that's VEY cool!! But you still don't have to like the movies, just the website!

No matter how much I may be disappointed in the product, there are two movie franchises I follow and hope (in one case, against hope) to continue...Star Wars and Star Trek.
A little fantasy of mine, having to do with my desire to move south (but only with the promise of a good job waiting at the other end of the journey) goes like this: My first evening in this city I live in, I went to see SW:TPM. My last evening before leaving (here's the fantasy), I go to see SW:(Episode III).

Did you have any trouble carrying that AeroBed with you to Entmoot? It got a little heavy by the time I got it out of the Orlando airport, but other than that it was easy to move. But then, I had that duffle packed with sheets and a blanket too.

You want FID? Fine. We can do FID, only you need to get us a GC to use it with....and we'll have to extract the samples....it'll take time.

Safe travels to your meeting. I'm hosting a bored meeting this afternoon. Fortunately the woman (suprise suprise) who complains the most about how I run these things will not be there.
Also, not suprisingly, the women who were supposed to review my data stood me up. Apparently going to Weight Watchers is a higher priority than getting stuff out to customers.
But the good news is that I have very little to do until they do decide I'm worth a modicum of their attention. :)
Maybe I'll clean my desk.

I'm hesitant to say exactly because... I understand completely (I have to be cagy online regarding work, too). Your competition deserves to be left in the dark if they can't spot such an obvious application of said equipment. ;)

Well, you're obviously NOT talking about yourself! ;o) For another ten or fifteen pounds, I am! After that I still will be a FAR way off from society's idea of thin, but I'll be at the weight I like myself at. In the unclassified range, in any case.
But I'm down twenty pounds from Entmoot, and feelin' pretty svelte comparatively. I half wish I could be back at my high weight for twenty minutes or so, just to fully realize how far I've come.
