I have heard several people say that 155 MM shells are American made and that this round is possibly, even likely from the stock that we sold Saddam.

Many countries produce 155mm shells to include Iraq. The shells that contained the sarin were not U.S. The artillery that Iraq possessed ranged in size and country of manufacture, of the US arty (guns) he mostly had 105 and a few self propelled 8". Iraq has very impressive artillery shell factories and had full capabilities to produce their own.

The US did not make this shell. The US did not sell this shell to Iraq. The US did not sell any chemical weapons or chemical weapon delivery systems to Iraq.
If you have any information that says otherwise, produce it.
If not, STFU.
