I hope it wasn't one of them newfangled phones with a camera in it!
Cordless phones work in the same disgusting way. Twice I have been talking with folks on the phone and they've taken it into the bathroom with them. Just plain sick if you ask me.

I've been known to FReep while in the ... nevermind.
whats' the big deal? why can't people talk on their cell phones without a bunch of rude people getting on them for it? Maybe it's an emergency. maybe it isn't, but is it really anybody's business?
Mr Sandpit is a transportation manager for a large plant. He's responsible for both shifts. Even after he comes home from work, his work cell is always ringing (someone calls in sick, safety incidents, late shipments, etc) It's always something. I've been tempted to turn it off, but that would get him chewed out. And yes, it has rang when he was on the can.
The worst is the girl who answered her cell phone during her job interview.
I work as a cashier at a retail job part time. I sometimes have customers talking on their cell phone at my register which makes it difficult for me to conduct my business if I need information from them.
I couldn't agree more. I live in a tourist town and you would not believe the number of accidents because people were on the phone and not paying attention. We're talking major fender benders, pedestrian deaths, etc. Last year, a family of five were killed because some young toots was paying attention to her boyfriend instead of the road. This is not unique here, sad to say.
that is an exciting story, Harry......thx.......lol
