Actually, the network has addressed that rumor and have stated that voters in Hawaii only have two hours like any other location. They also provided information, which they claim to have gotten from the telecom people, that only 1.3 million votes came from Hawaii...not nearly enough to effect the outcome even if they were all for the same person.

I am not saying they have more than two hours... they have two hours all by themselves to vote!

They may have only two hours to vote BUT their two hours do not overlap anyother times zones two hours... no competition to get through.

1.3 million votes (with say, 90% for Jasmine) could certainly change the bottom two when added to the other votes.
