It was kind of hot here last week. This week might be cooler. Seventies. But I will be glad if we don't get so many thunderstorms.
Oof, I did too much weight lifting yesterday. My legs are so sore. And I have a blister on my foot from walking, last week. I want to walk tonight but I might not be able to. Oh well. It's a sunny day here, and I had just a great weekend, and Friday I get to do something fun with the whole family.
Do you know how to put moleskin over your blisters? That helps to walk when you want to... or need to... and have blisters.
I hardly walked last week because of the rain...then this weekend we were busy, and now it's raining again.
So much for getting in shape. I suppose I could do the treadmill, but I haven't for a few weeks. Don't like it if there are other options.
