At best, she's some jack-leg, jumped-up geologist who was too dippy to even get a government job ... since when is she a nuclear expert?The budget couldn't afford a real nuclear expert, though Jimmy Carter volunteered; however he was irradiated in a freak accident and became--the Amazing Colossal President. . .
