Rush didn't endorse this, ah, philosophy, but simply played the song after discussing a report on what women look for in a guy. Basically the survey of college gals said that they look for hunks for short-term relationships, extremely good-looking women also go for hunks to marry, but average women generally prefer less endowed males. The theory being that average guys are less likely to stray. So Rush noted that this sounded like the flip side of the above song.
