In addition to all those things you mentioned, W does many more events than Kerry does in a day. Just yesterday he went to Maine to do an Earth Day thingie, then a fundraiser, then back to D.C. for ceremonies at the WH. Kerry can barely get in an appearance and a fund raiser. His energy level is not even close to W's. And Teresa is no Laura either. She recently said that she likes to "sleep in". These two are caricatures of the spoiled, lazy rich whose energy only shows up when they are "playing".

Exactly. We're supposed to be impressed with Kerry's Kennedyesque virility because he straps on a snowboard and dons a $500 ski jacket to go play in the snow. I really have to wonder, when has that man ever done something of substance for anyone (let alone risked a blister doing yard work)? Can you even imagine Effin' and Teresa working at a soup kitchen? Her scarf would keep falling into the gravy pot, and he'd be afraid of chipping a nail.
