But I do love old houses, like I said to SweetLiberty, Older houses have such character and individuality and they are well built.

That they do ... I would love to get an old home and fix it up ... when I win the lotto

There is a town near by me that has some really great old homes .. but the neighborhood has gone to pot, not a real safe place to live and they don't take care of the homes ...

It's a real shame .. there is a lot of history in that town

Yes it is a real shame to see older home neglected and deteriorating becacuse nobody seem to care about them. and if they happen to be in areas that have gone to pot "In more ways than one) then it is a double travesty.

We should not be so quick to abandon our country's past.
