I don't know what pixel it is, really. I can take and store ten pictures without having to download and delete them from the camera. And yes, it does need recharging every time I use it, but I do have a recharger. I thought it quite expensive when I bought it six years ago.

It interferes with his appointments with his plastic surgeon and his hairstylist.
During Mardi Gras, French Quarter hotels post security at all entrances and require hotel guests to show their key and an ID before they're allowed to enter. However, the rowdiest partiers and the up-to-no-gooders simply shimmy up the wrought iron poles to the second floor balconies. It was a real problem until they started greasing the poles with a heavy coating of vaseline. Problem solved. LOL. Might work with squirrels, too.
Might, but these are incredibly resourceful....and tenacious... squirrels. I had squirrels at the old place too, but they weren't nearly as sharp, agile and determined as these are.
costs over $1 million
Studios going for average of $326,947
No way I could live there...
.....Westy.....
I had a problem with a steady stream of little tiny ants marching up a wrought iron gate at my other house. I put a heavy coating of vaseline along the bottom and top of the gate and they were stuck. Never had that problem again. You do have to slather on quite alot.
Might have to try it for the squirrels. For ants, I've had good luck with sugar and baking soda. In fact, that works on lots of bugs...and I have a lot of them in the yard. How they've managed to stay out of the house is beyond me, but I'm gonna try attacking them in the yard before they get any ideas.
Haven't heard that remedy before, is it 50/50 ?
Yes, 50/50. The sugar attracts them, they eat it and the soda makes them explode...sorta. I used to use it all around the perimeter of my porch and parts of my garden in Colorado. Did a great job and no pesticides. Tyler was living with me then, so I was very conscientious about pesticides...and bugs.
So far Manhattan has Rent control and stablilized.
How this all happen was those hippy fresh out of school got jobs with out rages salery and the sky was the limit causing no care for tommarrow. So what ever the traffic would bear things just kept rising.
Ignorant youth and than downsizing it the liberal world it is all relative!
OMG I wonder what square foot these apartments run with a cost of one million? My home is only 1500 square feet.
....Westy.....
You are making me giggle...to think that I am rich. The only riches I have is my wonderful home and family.
How old is your house? Mine is fifteen or sixteen years.
....Westy....
Wow. Couldn't be more simple. I just filed that away for future use. I have my yard treated about every 8 or 9 months to keep away fire ants and apparently it keeps away all sorts of other pests, too.
Well, 45 years ago, there were no dens, just living rooms, no? And just one bathroom, too?
In 1967, we bought our first house in Euless, Texas for $11,500. It had a gorgeous yard. The garage had been made into a den area, so no place to park the car. But, it did have three bedrooms and a little place to eat off the kitchen. And the clothes washer was in the kitchen.
For years, I have always used that price to be appalled at the price of vehicles. As in....I will not pay more for a car than I once paid for a house. LOL
Yeah, it's especially effective on ants.
Let me know what happens if you decide to grease up the poles to the bird feeders. :)
