San Marcos area?
I love the word misunderestimated...I use it all the time now!..as in " I misunderestimated how much semi-gloss paint I was going to need for my painting project..."
OH, and by the way, the "MOOSElimbs" as you call them, are our #1 enemy right now . . . and I intend to be standing long after they've been defeated, By George!!!!
In the State of Washington..South and a little East of Seattle....
.....Westy....
*pokes head back in after a few days without internet connection due to phone company trolls eating the phone lines*
Umm.. I missed a bunch of stuff, didn't I...
Hi Westy. How are you this evening? I'm waiting for it to stop storming this evening so that I can pull garbage can up the driveway to the curb. Hubby is out of town.
.....Westy......
Tell me if this is true, Westy. I read a study once on depressed folks in different cities in the USA. It listed Seattle as one of the highest because of the rainy weather. I remember reading that this was because when the sun shone, the residents realized what they were missing. LOL
.....Westy....
The Iraqi Communist Party is strongly represented in the new interim government in Baghdad and is getting U.S. taxpayer support thanks to a U.S. group led by former Secretary of State Madeleine hALf-bright, reports Joseph Farah's G2 Bulletin, the premium, online intelligence newsletter published by WND.
See new tag line...
That is not good..
Welcome back, Darks.
Good luck with the ketchup.
Morning.
Had my internet cionnection eaten by phone company CONTRACTOR trolls on Friday, and they fixed it yesterday sometime..
It's good to be back.
I'll need some luck.
The Heinz Ketchup commercials are coming to mind.
Wonder if there was some sort of subliminal message about the ketchup and how slow it was coming out of the bottle.

Subject: Friends
Around the corner I have a friend,
In this great city that has no end,
Yet the days go by and weeks rush on,
And before I know it, a year is gone.
And I never see my old friends face,
For life is a swift and terrible race,
He knows I like him just as well,
As in the days when I rang his bell.
And he rang mine but we were younger then,
And now we are busy, tired men.
Tired of playing a foolish game,
Tired of trying to make a name.
"Tomorrow" I say! "I will call on Jim
Just to show that I'm thinking of him."
But tomorrow comes and tomorrow goes,
And distance between us grows and grows.
Around the corner, yet miles away,
"Here's a telegram sir," "Jim died today."
And that's what we get and deserve in the end.
Around the corner, a vanished friend.
Remember to always say what you mean.
If you love someone, tell them.
Don't be afraid to express yourself. Reach out and tell someone
what they mean to you. Because when you decide that it is the right
time it might be too late.
Seize the day. Never have regrets. And most importantly, stay
close to your friends and family, for they have helped make you the
person that you are today.
Hi Loddy, that looks good but I had breakfast long ago.
It is good to see you again Darks.
