grannie, your flowers and shrubs are just simply gorgeous. I long to have some of that fragrance wafting through my windows. Our yard is too shady for plants and flowers needing full or partial sun. But, I still do plant seeds of moonflower and sweetpea on my deck in huge planters, but they never do well.

Oh we got a bunch of tomato plants in..and that's what I love.. I don't have anything to do with the bushes and shrubs. They were all here before me and many years before that. I just enjoy them.
Of course that Spirea by the pool house was a real terror for Al while he was painting the deck. Blossoms everywhere. He hates that bush, but I won't let him take it down.. No way..
I guess tomorrow is going to be a designated flower buying day. I have to get them in before summer is over, lol.

Someone once told me that if you left for a two week vacation from NH, you'd miss summer completely.

I just got a postcard from my girlfriend Pat. They were at the Alamo and the San Antonio river walk.. They are heading for the Grand Canyon.
Been to the Grand Canyon but would love to go to San Antonio..

I was in San Antonio during the last weekend of March when I met my sister and her husband there. It's really a cool city. Less than a 2 hour drive from here.
