If you're not down with the 'possum, I'm not sure that I'm down with you...

Back in the day, a friend and I made a roadie back from the ATL, with George playing much of the time - he returned a fan.

The greatest line on "Roses" is when he says,"...it's so much more than I can say for me."

I'm too lazy and poor to upkeep hair dye properly, so I'll go gray when I go gray -- better than gray roots and bright dyed red hair.
When I was a kid an older woman at church, Kathleen, kept her hair dyed bright orange/red until the day she died at age 92. It was always perfectly touched up and worn in a schoolgirl ponytail. She was a nice lady, but not one to go for the "natural" look.
To: grannie9
but I know you've never seen me in person

remember that one pic that you posted a few months ago?

Stay, and be well, CC friends.

If your plane crashes, I may not assume it was terrorism that brought it down (as I always do) .... I just might first suspect your overweight luggage is too blame. (I first wrote "baggage" but that just looked too personal *LOL*)
To: ValerieUSA
LOL LOL.. I'm not even going to acknowledge that one..

Unbelievable - your FIRST happy hour, and NO dudes? That is so sad, and troubling, Valerie.

CB - correct, and GJ had the msot whiskey-smooth voice ever.
To: lodwick
I think that could be the premise of another country drinking song......
To: lodwick

Replace the hopeless Humvee, Pentagon chiefs are urgedInstead, they want the Pentagon to turn back the clock and re-deploy thousands of Vietnam-era M-113 "Gavin" armoured personnel carriers, which are still used by support and engineering units, and are held in huge numbers by reserve units.
My son Gavin is in the Army and works on armoured personnel carriers. I never knew there were some called "Gavin."

To: lodwick
My time is almost over for the computer use. I'll bid yall a good night.
To: ValerieUSA
Smiling - you're right...My first happy hour, and no hits:
what am I doing wrong?

You have to do the verse. Valerie.

;-)
To: lodwick
That should be, "You do the NEXT verse, Valerie."

Good grief...go to bed, lodwick.

OK
To: grannie9

Send some Swordfish or Halibut instead......or tuna.
Begging to differ.......fresh whitefish sandwiches are the best.
I know, I know......you just said that cause you have to get ready to be a snobby New Englander again.....
