Hi, I recently joined Free Republic, am not strongly politically inclined, and have been have problems posting a number of posts that have been repeatedly pulled. Here is the content of my posts. First i mentioned that while certainly Bush is a reborn and I think moral man today, he did have a number of personal problems before running for governor, including alcholism. Also,concerning Israel, after providing a number of detailed source links and explaining warrants for my claims, i stated several statements about the nation's foreign policy. I argued that Israel, training IrAn's secret police and Noreig'sa security force, perhaps should not be considered as a model country to conservative espousing democratic principles such as free speech and problems concerning goevernment abuses. I love debates and just want to particiapte, but if the free republic doesn't support free speech, maybe I, and all other true conservatives, should, as they say, pack up and move on down the road.

Even if your politics were more reasonable, I'd pull your posts just for bein' sloppy in their use of the language... Capitalize, punctuate, spell correctly, and form complete ideas that are decipherable if you want people to read 'em.

Reasonable debate about things that matter and do not involve wild, debunked conspiracy theories and hackneyed liberal canards are always welcome. You will find plenty of criticism of Bush here. Of Isreal, too. Bashing, smearing and name-calling, however, are not tolerated. Sound arguments supported by facts only, please.

If this does not suit you, try LibertyPost.com, where flame wars between conservatives, liberals and libertarians are part of the daily fare and everyone gets dirty.

Since you are new here, you might spend some time looking around and checking out the quality of material in the archives before passing judgement. We prefer quality not quantity.

Most of the people here consider themselves patriots and are not ashamed to wear it on their sleeves. That bothers some people. If it bothers you, you will not be happy here.

It's not that liberals are not allowed, it's just that so few of them are able to follow the rules of this forum. We demand civilized conduct even from behind the anonimity of a distant computer terminal (well, more civilized than most forums anyway).
