Yet *another* failure on the part of Clinton and Clarke from the decade of ignoring the terror threat. To put it in perspective here:
Clinton had 2920 days to stop terror attacks against the US.
Bush was in office 233 days before 911 happened, less than one-tenth the time.
Additionally, the Democrats purposely held up a number of Bush's appointmens to spite him, especially in regards to National Security, a fact seldom remembered anymore...
