I sure haven't forgotten. But you know Dan/Tom/Petah just can't quite remember it.

I also seem to recall something about the Bush transition team being denied the funds needed to set up their transition. Those funds I think are supposed to be supplied by the outgoing administration.

That seems to be what I recall. Maybe it's incorrect, but maybe not...
