ITS BEEN ARGUED ABOUT AND ANALYZED, BUT UNTIL NOW IT HASNT BEEN ANIMATED
DONT MISS THIS WEEKS EPISODE OF SOUTH PARK
AS THE BOYS TAKE ON MEL GIBSON AND THE PASSION OF THE CHRIST
IN AN ALL-NEW EPISODE ENTITLED
THE PASSION OF THE JEW
PREMIERING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 31 AT 10:00 P.M. ON COMEDY CENTRAL
After weeks of pressure from Cartman, Kyle finally sees The Passion and, much to Cartmans delight, is forced to admit that he has been right all along. Inspired by Kyles change of heart and a powerful love for Mel Gibson, Cartman incites many of the films hardcore fans to band together and carryout its message. Meanwhile, Stan and Kenny also see the movie and embark upon a quest to find Mel Gibson.

When Butters took the throwing star in the eye......."Invisible" Cartman trying to sneak across the stage.....LOL....that one was too funny. Was that first 'new' episode about the Passion. It seemed to be suggesting that people are too bent out of shape about risque behavior (Cartman's nudity, a wardrobe malfunction), but not as upset as they should be about violence (Butter's injury and journey to the hospital). Someone suggested to me that Butter's journey was sort of like Jesus's trek to Golgatha. Just wondering what others thought about this.

I am allowed to laugh at this photo, right? It depends. How many self-righteous God-shouters do you want to have flaming you? Though, after all, it IS only just a tv show, and the other one is only just a movie.

I've longed for them to do an episode where Stan wonders why Jesus doesn't come to Church on Easter, and then goes to Kyle's house and finds him celebrating Passover with Braslofsky's by making bottles of Gelfite fish and boxes of manna materialize on the table. When asked why he doesn't go to church on Easter Sunday, Jesus just replies "For some reason, I always wake up feeling half-dead".
