Are you complaining about hard peeps. Try this. Opne the package and store in a cool environment. Preferable a temperature controlled wine cellar. Age for about 6 weeks until they reach peep perfection. Build a campfire and roast the peeps on a stick slowly until the peep is a deep brown all around. This is the sugar carmelizing to a perfect coating. Allow to cool for about two minutes and enjoy.
They have to start hard otherwise, the peep commits suicide by jumping off the stick adn into the fire.
