Hamas has threatened retaliation for yesterday's killing of its leader, and has, for the first time, directly threatened the United States for terrorist activity.

OPEC is hesitating on production cuts, which is causing world oil prices to ease somewhat.

CBS' 60 Minutes did not reveal the stake that it's parent company had in selling Clarke's new book when it broadcast Clarke's interview Sunday last.

I don't know. I just checked my guide and can't see anything listed specifically as the hearings on either CSPAM or CSPAM2. Somebody said that the hearings are on CSPAN3, which I apparently don't get.

Which may be a Blessing, perhaps.

Greetings from "Downunder", Mr. Chairman and all of my friends! I flew down over the weekend and am in Adelaide through tomorrow (Wednesday). Thursday morning I fly to Sydney for the balance of my business trip here, returning home on the 2nd of April.

The Aussies are great people and this a a great country, but there is no place like home!

The presstitutes (Americans) are busy trashing our President overseas. Many Aussies ask me how our President is doing in the election. The news they get from the "fair and balanced" media has him on the ropes and American disintegrating.

Keep the homefires burning, my friends...throw another couple of liberals on it, but don't stand down wind...the stink will make you sick! :-)

Colonel Hunt was just on Fox trashing Clarke big time. Said that everyone in the Pentagon knew he was a double-dealer and would try to take credit for anything good and shift blame if something went wrong.

He also said that in 8 years there were only 8 black ops against terrorists. Hunt made it plain he had no use for him, and said that no one trusted him. HA!

Miss Marple from her remote location - when you have a chance, could you post that list of items that space exploration has produced? I only remember some of them - GPS, some medical technology, etc.

Someone in our newspaper complained that President Bush is spending $$ on space exploration but she is "starving" and wishes he would feed her instead.

I just spoke with the new vet......it seems Sadie did have pancreatitis at some point during this whole episode.....but now seems to be getting better. All it took to find this fact out was one blood test that the old vet didn't do. She said I am to keep Sadie on a bland diet....and when the antibiotics are done.....I could bring her back in for another test to see if the pancreatitis is back....I'll have to keep an eye on it ...as it may occur again in the future.
