Great day shaping up here.

Watched a little of C-Span this morning and they had the Iraqi Ambassador on speaking to a group yesterday in Washingto D.C. (A college school of some sort...) Although many questions asked to her were questioning American policy, she handled them with great dignity and clarity. She is so thankful for this Country's intervention.

It is so apparrent the good that has come about since the disposal of Huessein, that it leaves you breathless with the continued attacks on this Administration concerning foreign policy.

Rumsfeld and Powell are testifying today.

Can anyone of you explain to me how a person can spend thousands of $$ on furniture not needed and yet refuses to donate $2.00 a meal at the senior center and is thrilled with bringing home a 1/2 pint container of milk...thinking that she got it for nothing?

I remember the war in Bosnia. Although Republicans may not have been thrilled about it, we supported our troops, and did not organize huge anti-war rallies.

Says it all...

Mr. Clarke's selective memory serves no interest but his own agenda. He personifies the politicizing of intelligence by pointing fingers during the political high season for failures that not only occurred on his watch but also were due partly to his grand vision he would one day personally authorize a drone operation to kill bin Laden.

I heard part of his interview yesterday on FOX News.

He's absolutely right, and Clarke is looking more foolish as time goes on.

In a court of law, judges instruct juries that they may disregard a witnesses testimony if it has been proven they lied.

Aside from reading somewhere (sorry - don't remember where) that Clarke lied when he said Condi didn't even seem to know who Al Qaeda or OBL was, he lied when he said that Iraq did not have links to Al Qaeda or OBL.

Clarke said U.S. intelligence does not know how much of the substance was produced at El Shifa or what happened to it. But he said that intelligence exists linking bin Laden to El Shifa's current and past operators, the Iraqi nerve gas experts and the National Islamic Front in Sudan.

I agree that Clarke is looking more foolish every day, but we know the inside skinny. Does the rest of America? Sometimes FNC reports on what we have discovered, but the mainstream media does not. How to correct that with the understanding that until it is corrected, we are just preaching to the choir.
