re: torque wrench. Yow... that's the coolest little torque wrench I've ever seen. I gather that it does really precise torques on small screws like that?

The torque wrench was rescued from inside an IBM mainframe being scrapped. It reads in increments of 2.5 inch-pounds, and was used to seat certain water-cooled components to the radiator assemblies. It cost IBM about $300, which is why they switched to a fixed-torque screwdriver-type device, which cost only $100.
