It isn't bleedin or anything gross, it just really hurts to walk

Don't know if it got better today, but when I get one of those, I put antibiotic cream on it and put a bandage over it. Takes a day or two, but it usually heals up quite nicely. It usually happens when it has been very dry in the house for several days.

I should have remembered to put some neosporin or something like it on my heel today. Yesterday, I lotioned it up, and put on some socks to keep from drying out. It burned slightly, I guess that tells me I am not imagining this, LOL. Tomorrow is going to be lots of in the car and lots of outdoors standing. Before heading to bed, I am going to take your advice! (should have done the in the first place :-)
