And I get soooo hot, which doesn't help. I almost think maybe I should turn the heat wayyyyy down before work and run in something colder than mid-sixties temperatures.

I do stuff like that when I work out, 'cause even if I feel cool when I start out, after a little while into it, it feels warm anyway.

How people down south can run in eighty or ninety degree temps is beyond me.

I suppose you get used to it, but...geesh!

Maybe genes come into play, too? I wouldn't think Norskis handle heat very well. Scots either.
