See, I avoid Steven King...

Have you read anything by him? My favorites are Shining and 'Salem's Lot. BTW, I picked up a copy of Heinlein's Podkayne of Mars over the weekend--any good? Also got A Wrinkle in Time and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Ugh, I am so wiped from this trip. It's going to take me days to recover.

I was up 'til 4 last night debating politics with a friend, so that's about how I feel today--ugh.

BTW, after you recover, you have a (part of a) short story.

"Podkayne" is interesting. Did you get the version with both endings? Not his best work, IMO, but nice. First SF novel I ever read with a strong female character. Heh, and her brother serves to remind me that I could be a lot less fortunate with my sibs.
