I think that last one happened in The Blues Brothers :)
I have ones that are kinda similar in theme to this, though the imagery is different, where I'm trying to follow a bunch of secret passages through a house but eventually the passages get so narrow I can't move.
Ah yes, "The Blues Brothers", another favorite of mine.
Another under-appreciated movie is "Silver Streak" with Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor. Forget everyone else in it, their comic interaction makes the movie. That, and the nice Henry Mancini score. And one absolutely gorgeous scene of their stolen Jag XKE taking a sweeping curve at dawn in the middle of endless farm country with Mancini's score fitting in perfectly.
And I'd be remiss by not mentioning "Ruthless People" and "Trading Places".
