I am really sorry about what the doc said regarding your kitty. Not a nice position to be in. I had to make that decision on elf-boy's puppy 2 years ago. The puppy got parvo and had to be hospitalized. If the puppy had stayed in the hospital another week, it may have made it, but I was not prepared to shell out that kind of money on a pet. I had already put the puppy in there for a week, and had basically gone into debt for it. The day after he came home, I took the day off from school, and tried to nurse the puppy back, but he was just too sick and didn't make it. I felt so guilty about it thinking if I had just kept him in the hospital a few more days...
Can't go down that road when you are pinching pennies. what was more important to me was my son, not the puppy.

Can't remember who all might quilt, and some of ya'll I pinged I know don't, but I wanted to "show off" a bit. This is the quilt I was making for my sister-in-law. She told me not long ago that she's wanted a homemade quilt her whole life and never had one. I had this top finished but hadn't had time to quilt it. My boss' mom has a friend in Oklahoma who quilted it for me since I didn't had time. Just got it back from her yesterday! She did a beautiful job! Now, all I've got to do is bind the edges and give it to my s-i-l!!! I can't wait! She is going to be *so* excited!
Gnad, I pinged you so you could show mrsnad!

If I'm lucky, even if it is cancerous (admittedly, it sounds like it was), they got most of it...and it will take a long time to come back.
She's home now, but still pretty groggy. Trying to eat a little.
