Hi...did you do your run yet?

For the record, I'm repeating week five, starting with day one. I only did two workouts yesterday, and jumping right in with something I wasn't able to complete last time I did it didn't seem wise. But I did day one today.

I think part of the problem is that I'm trying to go too fast. But jogging at a pace I can just about walk...it's hard mentally. I guess I just gotta keep reminding myself that speed will come later.

Ugh, not yet. I have to but I have zero energy.

I'm repeating week 5, too. Of course my schedule's going to be knocked off with my trip... leavin Thursday so that's one less run.

Good idea--IMO it's definitely better to do something you can make sure you stick with than to push past where you're at. One of the most important goals of early training is to get in the habit of a set routine--more important than the actual content of the routine in the early stages, in my experience.

BTW, I was able to do my first full workout since getting the flu yesterday--felt good! :)
