Look out! Swarms of cicadas, on the way! It is the Summer of the Cicada!

I'll put up with cicadas, if we can just have summer. Speaking of which... we've got to plan the Northeast Moot! I'll probably be moving in early August so it should be somewhere in late May, June, or July... thoughts? We need to get Suzi in on it, though.
