Want to see how a seismic sensor reacts when even a small earthquake is right under it?
In the chart below (way down on bottom, 1700 lst) is Black Mountain Ut seismometer within a few miles of this 3.5 e-quake.
Note that the earthquake was on Feb 25 00:41:03 UTC, and the sensor recorded it at almost the exact time (no travel time).
Just thought it was interesting, hope some others do too.

I'd like to know why the USGS has not posted The Iranian earthquakes that ocurred this past weekend? I emailed them yesterday. IIEES recorded them - largest was 4.4 (I think) and people in Tehran felt them. They were reported in newspapers there. What's the Deal?
