This is simply a cookie being dropped by an ad placement company. Drudge doesn't have anything to do with it explicitly other than the company who handles placing ads on his site is using another company who is dropping this cookie. They are everywhere. I have SpyBot immunize and select "block silently" to avoid those annoying messages. But I'll follow through with your suggestion and email him to let him know that we're against such tracking cookies.
