I have my doubts about its truth. The Gibson movie is getting a lot of media coverage. I have trouble believing that something like that would be ignored by the media.
BUT...they have totally given up on telling the truth.

Why are you listening to Howard Stern?
Have you been washed in the blood of the Lamb yourself?

There is a fountain, filled with blood,
Drawn from Immanuel's veins...
And sinners plunged, beneath that flood,
Lose all their guilty stains!

Whether or not this true.....
Hollywood - or the movie industry in general - produces the most dreadful dreck day in and day out, with nary a concern from anyone. But let someone make a movie about Jesus and all the usual suspects are up in arms. The hypocrisy is stunning!

The hypocrisy is stunning! There is a lot of organized insecurity in the world, sort of like the kind if insecurity that got Christ crucified in the first place.

Wish I knew if there's a premiere in Austin. I've rooted around but can't find a premiere city listing.
About the weekly bath, a good rinse is goat's milk. Makes the skin supple.

You see, your ignorance has made it so you couldn't tell that this is an obvious joke.
You actually thought this may have happened.

Protestors throw lamb's blood on Mel GibsonClassy.
To: tallhappy
Boy, you are weird.
It wasn't a joke. It was presented as an actual event. But I guess you know better, having (I assume) not listened to the broadcast.
The National Enquirer has a pretty decent record for accuracy in their gossip. We'll see if this turns out to be true or not.
