Gaia be damned. Howard Stern is still pretty darn funny.
During the Passover Seder in many Jewish homes, as they recall the lamb's blood on the doorposts that caused the death angel to pass over those houses and save them, seder participants drip or splash the wine from the cup representing that blood onto their seder plate. As they do this, they recite, "We are saved by the blood of the lamb."
Whenever I present a seder for guests, I still am amazed at this.
