Are you claiming that snakes do not have vestigial leg bones?
The question is not correctly constructed. I claimed that there are NO vestigial bones. So you can call those bones whateever you want (legs, shoulder, arm), for me none of those designations makes sense.

They just happen to be found on every Boa Constrictor, male and female, and are completely purposeless to the females, and almost purposeless to males. Amazing, they look like...past legs! And they are now useless as legs, or anything.
