Does Doctor Dean want to be Vice President?
Posted on 02/10/2004 9:35:08 AM PST by batmast
Dr. Dean now says he will not quit even if he loses in Wisconsin. Is he holding his internet donors list hostage to JFK's veep nod? What say you fellow freepers? (By the way, JFK served in Vietnam).

Seldom does a nominee select the VP from the field of contenders. JFK from Mass and HD from VT are just too much Northeast. If JFK is the nominee, look for him to select a Southern or Western/Midwestern governor as his mate.
Even Edwards would not be a major plus to Kerry.

Dean would be a drag on anyone's ticket. People all over the country are laughing at him, and that's the kiss of death.
Add this to the list of things that end your political career: a live boy, a dead girl, and being a big joke.
Kerry knows this. Dean won't get the offer.

You forgot the sarcasm tag. Oh wait - my bad. I just discovered he DID serve in Vietnam! Why didn't he say so?

Green Party (or indy) candidacy... no matter
how repeatedly and vociferously he's denying it, right now.
Never bet a maniac's needing to feed his own swollen and engorged ego. :)

In a word, "No." Even Daffy Dean isn't that clueless.

(Just my opinion, of course. Your mileage may vary. You have the right to be wrong.)

He'd be as big a help as Henry Wallace was to FDR.

I think we have open primairies in California, so if he stays in this republican will vote for him. Just want to help the democrats, like they helped us in the last election.
